A Structured Equine Care Program for Lasting Comfort and Movement

More than a bodywork session - an individualized program to uncover the patterns behind why your hose feels off and support lasting improvements in comfort, movement, and performance.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

Your Horse:

  • Feels stiff or uneven but isn't obviously lame.

  • Picks up the wrong lead or swaps leads unexpectedly.

  • Has become girthy, resistant, or difficult during saddling.

  • Struggles to bend equally in both directions.

  • Trips, drags toes, or feels disconnected under saddle.

  • Has behavior changes that seem out of character.

  • Isn't performing like they used to, despite veterinary care or training.

These subtle signs are often your horse's way of saying they're uncomfortable.

My goal isn't simply to help your horse feel better for a day. It's to identify the underlying tension patterns contributing to these issues and create a plan that supports long-term comfort, movement and performance.

Start with the Initial Bodywork & Assessment - $165

You don't have to figure out exactly what your hose needs before reaching out. Your first session is an opportunity to listen to what your horse's body is telling us and look at the bigger picture.

I'll assess your horse for areas of tension, restriction, posture changes and compensation patterns, then use deep tension and nervous- system-led bodywork to address what I find.

You'll also leave with a better understanding of what I'm seeing and recommendations for what may be most helpful for your horse moving forward.

Your first session gives us the information we need to understand what your horse needs next.

For horses with deeper or long-standing tension and compensation patterns, meaningful change takes consistency.

When appropriate, I'll recommend continuing into the Foundation Series, where we have the time and consistency to address those patterns and build a stronger foundation for healthier movement and behavior.

About The Equine Unwind Program

Restore. Retrain. Maintain

The Equine Unwind Therapeutics approach is a step-by-step approach designed to help horses move and feel better in a way that actually lasts. When your horse isn't moving quite right or has shown unusual changes in behavior, and no one can pinpoint why, it can be frustrating.

Instead of focusing on isolated symptoms or quick fixes, this program addresses the horse as a whole - we start with the nervous system, which makes this work unique from a typical massage, then working into deep layers of tension, posture and compensation patterns, and movement.

The program is especially effective for horses that are "not quite right", not obviously lame or injured, but struggling with stiffness, uneven movement, resistance under saddle, performance inconsistency.  It's designed to uncover the hidden tension, compensation patterns, and nervous system restrictions that may be affecting your horse's comfort, behavior and performance. We address the root of those issues, not just manage the symptoms and create a plan to help them move with greater freedom and comfort.

We begin with an Initial Assessment & Bodywork Session, where I evaluate your horse, identify restrictions and compensation patterns, and begin addressing the areas that need attention.

This session also serves as Sesson 1 of The Foundation Series for horses who continue into the full three-session program. The Foundation Series provides a structured starting point to identify restrictions and deeper tension patterns, reduce compensation, and create change.

From there, Phase 2: Ongoing Care Membership provides the consistency needed to maintain progress, support heathy movement, and help your hose continue to feel and perform their best.

Phase 1: Foundation Series

The Foundation Series is the next step after the initial assessment & bodywork session.

A single session can be a valuable starting point, but some compensation patterns have been developing for months or even years. This is for horses who need more than a single session.

The Foundation Series gives us the time and consistency to address those deeper patterns and build a stronger foundation for movement.

It is designed for horse owners who want a clear, effective starting point to improve how their horse moves, feels and carries themselves.  It focuses on deep tension and nervous system led bodywork and provides personalized exercise support to help release deep tension patterns, improve overall comfort, and restore more natural movement without forcing change.

Phase 2: Ongoing Care Membership

The Ongoing Care Membership is designed for horses who have completed the Foundation Series and are ready to maintain and build on their progress. Consistent care allows us to build on each session instead of starting over, helping your horse maintain lasting comfort, healthy movement patterns and maintain nervous system regulation.

Every horse has different needs, which is why I offer multiple membership options based on your horse's workload, goals, and level of support needed. Regular care allows us to catch small issues before they become bigger problems, helping your horse stay comfortable, balanced and moving with greater ease throughout the year.
