About The Equine Unwind Program

The Equine Unwind Program is a structured, step-by-step approach designed to help horses move better, feel better, and perform with greater comfort. Rather than chasing symptoms or treating one sore muscle, the program focuses on identifying and releasing the underlying compensation patterns that keep a horse stuck in pain, tension, and restricted movement.

By combining nervous system-focused bodywork, strategic PEMF therapy, posture & movement exercises, kinesiology taping, and ongoing maintenance, each horse receives a plan tailored to what their body needs.

The philosophy behind The Equine Unwind Program is simple: lasting results happen when you restore the body first, retrain posture & healthy movement, and maintain those improvements over time. Every horse has a different story written into their body. That's why every plan is guided by what your horse shows us, allowing lasting change to happen naturally and creating changes that continue after the session ends.

More Than Bodywork - A Complete Program For Lasting Change

Many horses aren't lame, yet they still aren't moving the way they should. They feel stiff, resistant, uneven, or continue developing the same soreness despite chiropractic care, massage, injections, or training adjustments.

The Equine Unwind Program bridges the gap between temporary relief and long-term improvement by addressing the nervous system, compensation patterns, posture and movement quality together.

Instead of asking, "Where does it hurt?" we ask, "Why is the body compensating in the first place?"

Through the Foundation Series and Ongoing Care Memberships, horses are given the time and consistency needed to release chronic tension, rebuild healthier movement patterns, and stay comfortable as they continue working and performing.

Who The Equine Unwind Program Helps

The Equine Unwind Program was created for horse owners who want to invest in their horse's long-term comfort, movement, and well-being.

It's for horses that:

  • Are not lame but just do not feel right. It feels like something is "off".
  • Continue developing the same areas of soreness or tightness.
  • Have performance issues that can't be explained.
  • Feel stiff, uneven, resistant or uncomfortable under saddle or on the ground.
  • Are returning to work, aging, competing, or simply deserve proactive care to stay comfortable.

Because when a horse's body can release tension, move without unnecessary compensation, and recover more efficiently, everything else, from behavior to performance, has the opportunity to improve.

If This Sounds Like The Support Your Horse Needs...

The journey starts with the Foundation Series, where we assess your hose, uncover causes of compensation, and begin releasing deep seated tension through nervous system-focused work to help the body move in a more efficient way.

From there, Ongoing Care Memberships provide the ongoing support the body actually needs. Ongoing care helps keep the nervous system regulated, prevents compensation patterns from returning, and allowing posture, movement, and overall function to continue improving, building, and evolving over time.

Real change and comfort come from changing patterns that create tension in the first place and supporting the body for those changes to hold.
